Hi! I'm Isabella. I lead UX and design systems that turn complexity into clarity.

I'm a UX Manager in the Washington, DC area, leading a cross-functional UI/UX team of four at Verisk and serving as librarian for our enterprise design system of 30 components that keep 20 product teams designing from one source of truth. I care as much about the governance and evidence behind a decision as I do about the pixels.

Outside of work, I collect fragments of good design wherever I find it: the typography on a foreign street sign, the structure of a jazz solo, the way a well-made thing just feels right. I'm bilingual in English and Korean, travel whenever I can, and bring home a magnet from every trip.
